These terms govern your use of the Goodbye Mama "Find my room" service, operated by Goodbye Mama, based at Marina de Empresas (Lanzadera), Muelle de la Aduana s/n, 46024 València, Spain.
We are a room-finding service. For a one-time fee, we search verified student rooms matching the criteria you provide and send you options via WhatsApp. We are not a landlord, estate agent or party to any rental contract between you and a landlord.
We commit to actively search and present verified rooms that reasonably match your stated criteria, typically within 24 hours. We verify listings through trusted partner platforms before sending them.
Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, including our 100% money-back guarantee if we can't find you a matching room.
You agree to provide accurate information and to deal directly and in good faith with landlords for viewings, contracts and payments.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Valencia having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
