Refund Policy

We stand behind our service with a simple promise: if we can't find you a room you're happy with, you don't pay for it.

Our 100% money-back guarantee

If, after completing your search request, we are unable to present you with at least one verified room that reasonably matches the criteria you provided (city, budget, dates and room type), you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid.

How to request a refund

• Contact us on WhatsApp (+34 644 34 81 67) or by email at soporte@goodbyemama.es.
• Reference the email address used at checkout.
• No forms and no lengthy process — we handle it directly.

Timeframe

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

What the guarantee covers

• We could not find any verified room matching your reasonable criteria.

What it doesn't cover

• You changed your mind after receiving valid matching options.
• Criteria that cannot realistically be met in the chosen market (e.g. an unrealistic budget for the city) — we will always tell you upfront if this is the case before charging.
• Rent, deposits or any amounts paid directly to a landlord or third party (these are not part of our fee).

Statutory rights (EU)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable EU consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, where applicable.
