What we collect

Search details you give us in the quiz: city, dates, budget, room type, area and flatmate preferences.
Contact details: first name, WhatsApp number and email.
Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Usage data: via cookies/analytics, only if you consent (see "Cookies").

Why we use it (legal basis)

To provide the service you requested — find and send you rooms (performance of a contract).
To contact you on WhatsApp/email about your search (contract / legitimate interest).
To measure and improve our ads and site, only with your consent.

Who we share it with

Payment processing: Stripe.
Lead handling: Google (Apps Script, Gmail & Sheets), which stores your quiz answers and notifies us by email so we can help you.
Analytics/advertising: Google and Meta, only if you consent.
We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing, by emailing soporte@goodbyemama.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site, and analytics/advertising cookies (Google, Meta) only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
